D,E & I initiatives are all the buzz. There is a correlation between diverse & inclusive cultures and business success. Progressive leaders are running cultural transformation programs focused on diversity and inclusion. What does it mean to be inclusive though?
We spoke to progressive business leaders in the FMCG, Banking, Process Manufacturing, Energy and Telecom industries. Our research shows that inclusive leaders are:

*Brave* – Take personal risks to openly discuss shortcomings
*Curious* – Interested in the variety of perspectives that diverse teams offer
*Divergent* – Open to cultural lenses other than their own
*Engaged* – Stay the course even the going gets tough
