Senior Marketing Associate

We are looking for Senior Marketing associates to work on our company’s brand in front of millions of Internet users.

 

The main tasks, duties, and responsibilities, which most associates are expected to perform are:

  1. Manage a team of digital marketing executives developing and improving on company’s digital marketing programs.

  2. Develop and implement viable digital marketing strategies for the company.

  3. Utilize the various online tools to promote company’s online image and brand.

  4. Understand the concept of search engine optimization and how to improve on company’s image using it.

  5. Assess the various online campaigns of the company to understand how to improve such and therefore improve on the company’s profitability.

Requirements for the Digital Marketing Associate Role

Corporate Leadership & Innovation
- Education: MBA in Marketing, or a Masters degree in Communication or Internet marketing or other relevant qualification (exceptions can be made for those with experience)
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of SEO and DM best practices.
- Good understanding of web analytics and web designing.

- Ability to handle budget management and pay per click advertising.
- Ability to complete tasks and responsibilities independently with limited or no supervision at all.
- Possess team spirit and be able to interact professionally and otherwise with other members of staff.
- Ability to communicate excellently both in written and verbal forms.
- Possess good knowledge of Photoshop, graphic designs, and HTML.
- Possess top class Internet proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver top quality jobs consistently.

Digital Marketing Associate

  2. Build and implement viable digital marketing strategies for the company.

  3. Utilize the various online tools to promote company’s online image and brand.

  4. Understand the concept of search engine optimization and how to improve on company’s image using it.

  5. Assess the various online campaigns of the company to understand how to improve such and therefore improve on the company’s profitability.

- Three or more years of work experience.

Customer Support Representative

We are looking for Customer Support Representatives to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

 

Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  3. Communicating with customers through various channels.

  4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

  5. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

  6. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

  7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

  8. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

  9. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

  10. Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.

  11. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

- BA, B.Sc, or equivalent (exceptions can be made for those with experience)
- Two years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- English language speaking and writing skills.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Access to Internet at home (this position may involve work from home) 
- Ability to work remotely.

 
 

SEO / SEM Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Search Engine Optimization and Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our product and company SEO strategy.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy.

  2. Perform onsite, offsite & technical SEO.

  3. Optimizing landing pages.

  4. Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery & expansion of keyword opportunities.

  5. Recommend changes to the website architecture, content, linking & other factors to improve SEO positions for targeted keywords.

  6. Track, report & analyze website analytics.

  7. Prepare and present reports regularly.

  8. Work with editorial & marketing team to drive SEO in content creation.

  9. Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner.

  10. Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization.

  11. Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices.

  12. Execute tests, collect & analyze data & results, identify trends & insights in order to achieve maximum ROI.

Requirements:


- 4+ years of experience as Search Engine Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion & online customer acquisition.
- 4+ years of experience with website analytics tools.
- 4+ years of experience web analytics, marketing, and business development.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
