ABOUT GEM

Our founder, Kamran Kiyani, worked for a Fortune 500 company in technology and business roles. He saw firsthand the outcome of rigid processes during the 2008 financial crisis. Over the following 5 years he worked with businesses to develop a framework for making organizations flexible and agile. The rest of us worked in those businesses and joined GEM after leading successful transformations.
